to Protect Marin's Water and Wildlife

A. Don't over-fertilize and over-water your lawn or garden. Over-watering can cause the fertilizer to run into the gutter and storm drain. Fertilizers promote extraordinary plant growth which eventually decays, using up oxygen needed for the survival of fish and other aquatic creatures.
